Default So I fixed my frozen strut syndrome today...

I removed all four Bilstein Sports and installed HDs w/ new dust boots.
No ride difference, no height difference.
BUT w/ the hole I drilled in the bottom of the front strut towers, at least I won't have to deal w/ 3" [edit: 5"] of water freezing in the bottom of the tubes!
FWIW.... at least I have a good spare set of Bilstein Sports...

Default I couldn't tell what that picture was at first. The water looks like metal.

That is a LOT of water. Being that the strut was in there too, that water was well IN the strut and not just in the housing. I don't know how good those struts are going to be.
