Default Steve Eiche chipset with aftermarket coils

Just wondering if anyone else who has a Steve Eiche/Shadetree Software RS2 chipset has any experience with aftermarket coil kits, specifically the EFI express LS2 kit. I spoke with Marc and he says some chipsets will go into limp mode with aftermarket coils. Hoping they are compatible. Anyone? Thanks...

I have his MTM 1+ set with 034's coil set. I don't have any limp problems.
