Is there a difference in the voltage reg. between 95.5's and older models?

Hey, just for the benefit of anyone searching... I ordered a regulator from Holcombe Direct about a month ago and the part that came was marked "Made in China". The brand name on the box was "Regitar". Price was good though, we'll see how it works out.
