the trunk wont unlock when all the other doors unlock. I can hear a long groan from the trunk but it never unlocks. When trying to use the key it doesnt always work and sometimes the key gets stuck. I thought there was tech article on how to rebuild them or replace but i couldnt find it. Anyone know any fixes for this problem ? thanks

I think the key getting stuck and the groaning are coincidental but likely both the result of insufficient lubrication in two different places.

You will have to open the trunk (somehow) and remove the inner panel (-watch out the clips near the window edge and the two hidden (painted) screws).

Once you have the panel off, you can see if the vacuum solenoid operating valve (item 4 in the diagram below) is properly connected to the vacuum hose (it might be still connected but leaking)

This operating valve should also be connected to the mechanical rod/linkage from the lock cylinder rod that trips the trunk latch. The rod might have come loose from a white plastic bushing that holds the rod to the operating valve, etc. If you have to rehab your lock cylinder you can use THIS procedure
