Javad just gave me a call with some updates. Sounds like they've been hard at work.
The largest restriction that they're facing now is that the stock fuel lines are too small and they're starting to run lean up top. So I gave Javad the go ahead to fab me up some custom lines and spend some more time on the dyno. He will also be adding a 3rd tune for me - a 93 octane tune. The 91 and 93 octane tunes will be on the same chipset while the 100 octane tune will have to be manually installed in the ECU before use (IE: before a track day).
On 91 octane we're hoping to see another 10-15 WHP and on 100 octane upwards of 30 WHP. Factor in boost coming on much sooner and an estimated 15-20 WHP gain with an open exhaust dump (electric - QTEC) and we should be seeing some pretty good gains.
My final WHP guesses with the larger fuel lines and the exhaust dump open are:
~450 on 91
~470 on 93
~535 on 100

for a jaunt!
We're definitely gonna have a full weekend's worth of work ahead of us now, BTW. Fuel lines + 3 spoke steering wheel + gauge cluster swap + mounting up new turb, intake, plumbing, etc = a lot of work... but the grin on our faces afterwards will be well worth it!

I want a bigger turbo than the GT30R I think, I think it might be time to upgrade even before it gets installed.. ;-) Either that or I think I may upgrade to a .82 A/R rather than keeping the .63..
What are your AFR's / EGT's on the pre fuel line upgrade?
I'm jazzed for you to get the car back, should be a VERY happy New Year..

As the setup we'll be using will allow for 4 discrete fueling/timing maps. 3 tuned, and one dummy.
