Turn signals don't work... Hazard button doesn't work. Any guesses? BTDT's?

Scroll down to "Exterior Lamps Circuit, W/O DRL".
It shows the Emergency Flasher feeding both the Emergency Flasher Switch and the Turn Signal Switch. There's a relay behind the instrument cluster that might be the Emergency Flasher.

relay (as what you pointed out it should be up behind the instrument cluster). So I did find it and I found the wiring connector that I'd forgotten to plug back in. Signals work now, thanks a lot!
The J2 relay is attached to the backside of the dash and is kiddie-corner up to the right (passenger side) of the ignition switch
