Default Urs4 Wont start after oil change

I changed the oil in my 92 urS4 and possibly overfilled it. When I went to start the car it ran very rough then died and won't restart. I drained some of the oil out but the car will still not fire. Just turns over with no ignition. Any ideas?

Thanks!
I checked the plugs and they seemed clean and free of oil. How do I check for spark and fuel? I am also getting code 2341 which is O2 sensor. I replaced it a couple of years ago, but if it was now bad, would the result be a no start?

O2 sensor bad will not result in a no start, but definitely replace it when the car gets runnin'

Default Unless you put 2 gallons of oil instead of 4.5 L, then the oil change is a red herring...I would..

check the fuel pump. If the engine is cranking but not firing, its either no spark or no fuel. I had the same symptoms a year ago. I drove my car 100 km to an evening meeting. Parked it and when I came out. It tried to catch once and then nothing. Ended up staying overnight and then getting flat bedded to the nearest Stealer (32 km away). (I was a ferry trip away from my mechanic). Ended up as the fuel pump. It had died with essentially no warning. It hadn't started real well for 2 days before but that was only in the morning (cold). So I am guessing your fuel pump. Its in the trunk under an inspection plate (have someone check for current while you crank the engine (the fuel pump is not energized unless the engine is cranking). If you have current, then the circuit is good. If not its the 20 amp fuse in position 17 of the left door dash panel (which has blown for some good reason)). If the circuit is good but there is no fuel pump hum while cranking then the fuel pump motor is kaput.

That's my 2 cents.

Agreed. I'm having trouble imaging any link between the oil change and the no-start.

Default Easy to test..just unhook line to Fuel Filter and try cranking over..see if you see fuel...

ONLY do this when the engine is cold..unless you like fires.
