Default Here's the COMPRESSION Result....

I did both Dry&Wet Compression Test.
Dry Compression Wet Comppression
Cyl#1 155 Psig Cyl#1 180 Psig
Cyl#2 165 Psig Cyl#2 180 Psig
Cyl#3 155 Psig Cyl#3 190 Psig
Cyl#4 160 Psig Cyl# 195 Psig
Cyl#5 155 Psig Cyl#5 190 Psig

Now the car has slightly smoke put all the times.I think it's burning the oil(0W-40) I pour during the Wet Compression Test.I drove it for 5 Miles.I was still smoking out. What's your Idea? Do you think my rings has some problems on it? Need more inputs now.I have spared both
Head and Bottom end.But It doesn't seem it 's worth to do swapping again.I'm tight now.

Default i agree, that looks pretty bad :(

i think that is your sole problem. could be worse now b/c the pitting has torn up the rings. i'm not engine expert though...

sorry

Default seems you might have a valve seal problem on 2 and 3 then.

Recommend getting the head totally rebuilt.
All your plugs should be the same.
If their oily black then that is your leak.

Might look into something on the bottom end. What you have there will run for quite awhile though.

I would go to a 20W50 oil.

I concur with this diagnosis.

Default Try thicker oil >> valve seals >> block - sounds like a good plan

If thicker oil and new valve seals don't fix the problem I would do a full rebuild on the head and block. While the head is off you could replace the valve guides and regrind or lap the valves/seats for a better combustion chamber seal.

If you have a spare block with out damaged cylinder walls I would use that rather than try to fix the one you're running now. If the spare can just be honed to give the cylinders the proper cross-hatch to allow the new rings to seat you won't need new over sized pistons.

Now I just want to try something cheap first.

PS. Does the VAG tools has the valve seals plier tools available? I need to get that one.I need the part no. on it.

Default 20w50 oil then new valve seals for now

This should reduce the oil consumption and smoke to an acceptable level so that you can save up $$ for a proper fix for the block.

Your rings are sealing combustion pressure very well, but the problem is the pits in the cylinder walls allow oil to get past the rings with out allowing combustion pressure to escape. There is no way to fix that part of the smoke problem with out rebuilding the block. All you can do is try to fix any other oil leak sources that allow oil into the combustion chamber.

Default James,I'm just worry that it's from the bad cylinder wall....

I did the compression test and the result is
good number.I don't want to pay for the bottom end rebuilt or swapping. It's kinda my nightmare when I need to do the motor rebuilt ,overhaul for a secind times. That's really horrible to me.
