what is rubber hose underneath the intake manifold...?
I'm not sure whether this hose related to PCV valve.it will be connected with small metal pipe.
I noticed there's a big tear and oil vapour came out and covered it.Could it be caused of boost leak and whistle sound? I'm gonna take some photo on tomorrow.

Well, my first guess was wrong! That is part of the crankcase breather system.
And your picture contains the ventilation valve. (PCV)Here is mine:
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/60384/valve.jpg">
And here is the whole system from ETKA
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/60384/breather1.jpg">
I wondered if my valve was leaking - so I ordered one from the stealer - $14 US - actually a decent price. I tested the old one - and it held 30 PSI (2 bar) for an hour - here is my test jig - and faithful tester assistant:
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/60384/test_cat.jpg">
Yes - a leak in this system can whistle. A leak in the valve (not sealing) will cause a boost leak. Any other leaks will cause a lean condition - as un metered air will be entering the turbo.
Hope this helps!

The system manages gasses (air) in the crankcase.
A leak is the same as leaving your oil filler cap off - you will get oil spray out of the cap.
Your leak can be anything from a loose clamp to a split hose to a cracked device. Who know where - there is a lot of parts in that system.
Here's what I would do - use the ETKA picture I posted as a guide.
Remove T fitting # 14 from the intake manifold - plug the end. (Remove the boost hose from the throttle body to gain access room.) (When I changed my PCV valve, this came off on it's own. Use a new screw type clamp when replacing.)
Remove pipe # 12 from the MAF to turbo boot - and apply an air connection of some sort (Try a valve stem from a wheel - cheap - and you can pressurize with a hand pump!) Pressurize to say - 1 bar. (Careful - you don't want to blow any seals!) Start looking for air escaping - use soapy water if you need to - you WILL find your leak!

I saw the whole line connected to this hose covered with the oil vapour...
what about another part.i rememberedd that there're 2 PCV.So I need some Part#.
Last night i finished the WG test by plug the
hose to WG lower chamber and run.The whistle sound is still came out.
What about 710N? I've just fitted for a month.
Could it be defective?
