Don't think you can get replica's, you'll need the real thing if looking for 18's......
They're different than the ones that the American S8's came with. I agree that they look great on a UR car but unless you can find a set for sale in Europe it's gonna be expensive. I think Blau or 2-Bennet can get you a set last time I checked.

Maybe the early S8's got the early S6 style wheels and newer got the new B5 Style Avus?

ok those look about right, thats how the s8 here looks, tried to buy his wheels off him at 2am last
night, he laughed said he had 2 sets and walked away,
