Sure, right after I filled up and drove down a big hill. Just kidding, I think the best I have ever achieved was 25 and that was on a 500+ mile trip to southern New Mexico.

Default about the same

I did 485 on a full tank from San Francisco to San Diego non stop.

7.5 hours...the key is to not drink too much coffee. LOL...

24.7 mpg with 425hp setup. That takes serious discipline not to mash the throttle.

I believe that Zepmoreau was getting close to 29 mpg with a lazy.56 6th gear in his 05 S6 with a TDI box in it.

Spoke with Zep last week. Didn't know he was working for you now!

One day, I will own that transmission...and one day I will break that MPG record. =)

Going DOWNHILL on some curvy twisty road next to a river, for about 120 miles. Highway 14, above Rocky Mountain National Park. It was the best driving road of my entire life.

Default MPG

Last Monday I drove from Cleveland to Columbus at 70-70 and got exactly 37.5 MPG. When I pulled into the hotel I took a picture of the DIS showing it because I didn't believe it. 150 miles on a little less than a 1/4 tank. Driving 35 miles per day to and from work from my hotel and just reached 1/2 tank. Driving home tomorrow and will try to duplicate it.
