if you can get the tires to spin, that's okay
but it usually just ends up with a lot of clutch slipping, not good. The best way is to feather the clutch for the first second of two, so that that the motor will have a load, so it will make boost, and the car will start moving, then let the clutch out all the way, of course that is really hard on the clutch, but it keeps form bogging down the motor. Either way, there really is no way of launching a 4000lb, turbo, awd car on a dry road without hurting the clutch.
