92' Audi s4 timing problems ( aan engine)

Default 92' Audi s4 timing problems ( aan engine)

Hello.


i got a 92 Audi s4, the car has been parked in a garage for 3 years so i replaced the timing belt. but the timing marks on the cam and crank doesn't line up, looks like the belt is half a tooth wrong. any tips what do do? i have never had this problem before. i have replaced the old bottom timing belt pulley, the old one had cracks around the woodruff key

if i use the mark on the vibration damper it looks like this

The cam timing mark and the flywheel mark are the 100% correct methods. See this link to info I have previously posted on this topic:
