993TT calipers and 993 non-turbo calipers are the same thing?

993TT calipers and 993 non-turbo calipers are the same thing?
i also need the part number on both if anyone has it close by and one more thing....can the non turbo calipers be used in the same setup as the 993TT?(RS2 brackets, A8 rotors?)

993TT and 993 non-turbo FRONT calipers are not the same thing
The 993 non-turbo FRONT caliper is the same as the 993tt REAR caliper. The 993 has a much smaller caliper and pad than the 993tt up front. I'm not sure if the mounting bolt spacing is the same on both calipers or not. If it is the same you could potentially save a little bit buying the caliper and a ton on the pads ($30 vs $130), but you will not get the same performance.

to add, IIRC a 993 caliper is axial mount, whereas the 993TT is radial (or vise versa)
I always forget which style is Axial and which is Radial...
Not that one style can't be used... koupekrazy has the 'other' mounting style caliper on his S4. What it requires is that you make your own bracket though, taking into consideration how the caliper is to be oriented against the rotor; i.e. not bolt on
