Default Any good links for changing tie rods and control arms?

Did a serch and could not find and procedures for changing out the tie rods and lower control arms myself.

Default The tie rods are relatively easy, spray threads with penetrating oil

loosen the adjusting nuts before you pop the balljoint with a puller.

The control arms are more difficult, because of the sway bar to content with.
