they are not working again? i spent $704.00 on a repair and its not working its shooting up the 8.7, 11.5, and 15.7 error codes all over again. (i know what those mean so no need for explanation.) i dunno what can cause them to fail or just not work again. the old motors were seized? could it be that these are also? but i dunno how they are brand new audi parts! any insight would be helpful, though i have an appointment back at the dealer on wednesday afternoon. any ideas on climate control heads?

Take it back to the dealer. Its their responsability to make sure it works right, this is almost certainly a result of their work.
