Default The car has a brand new fuel pump in it already

Stock replacement, but should work fine for a conservative RS2 tune

Default Maybe. Maybe not. (I consider my MRC RS2 tune conservative but still think I have fuelling issues

and this is with a relayed FP.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4s6/msgs/149790.phtml">Link to FP relay DIY</a></li></ul>

Default

If you compare my results to Rob S and Sean D.'s to Dave L's, the toluene was good for 20 hp.

Default What kind of chip do you currently have? I could sell you 37lb/hr injectors with this chip.

Just email me if you'd like more info. My setup is posted in the thread below. BTW, the car ran very well on 91 octane and had a second setting to run 100 octane at the flick of a switch (est. low to mid 300 WHP range).

Cheers,

Is the Lovefab header working out for you ?

Default pull you current ecu and find out what exactly you have first...

for example, MTM had a chip set for RS2 turbo and EM, with stock injectors. It should have a 3bar MAP sensor. If this is the case for you, and you want to go full RS2, then your ecu is half way there. With the 3bar sensor at least.

Default Well... Javad still has it down in Cali as he's still doing the tune...

BUT, I had it in my hands last Christmas, before I shipped it down to him. The welds and the collector were the sweetest things I have ever seen! Incredible craftsmanship and absolutely perfect beads. They offer a lifetime warranty on it too, though I have yet to hear of a single header cracking - even without a support. Seams like it should be a great unit, but I can keep in touch with you (when I get it back) and let you know how well it survives unbraced.

Cheers,

Default I actually fondled one the day of my Dyno run. Tony C is using one for his UrQ..

motor.

It did look good.

But I also know that Germantoy had to reweld his a few times.Don't recall what brand his was though.

Post a vid once you get your bish up and running though...sounds like an ape !

Hoping to get my 30R b4 the snow hits.

Default Ahh, that was a 034 unit, best I recall. IIRC, Nick was a fan of the Lovefab unit too...

I will definitely put some videos up as soon as I get her running . After I get all of the parts back I'll have to run one more full tank through her at low RPMs to finish breaking the motor in, then she'll be good to do some pulls!

Keep us in the loop on how your project goes, Mike.
