Hi everyone!
Last weekend I've been through installing 4-pot big brakes on my urs4. After bleeding the brake system (2-person style) like LR-RR-RF-LF.In the moment of bleeding the front, It seemed the brake pedal goes far way down easily and You have to push it 40 times to get it at normal-hard push for bleeding again. After bleeding the fronts 5 times, it seemed that no air is in the front calipers.
After all, I had a test drive and the brakes seems to be working fine (w/ and w/o ABS) but You have to push the pedal all way down to get the maximum out of the brakes. Pedal feels very soft. What could be gone wrong?.. maybe the air in the master cylinder or the mast.cyl. has gone fishing?
...waiting for some tips..

I forgot to mention that I replaced both front and rear left steal brake lines that goes from rear brakes pressure divider to RL caliper and it was a bit longer than the original one.
In the process of bleeding, it seemed that front calipers ar working fine - I could see the pressure pulsing in the rubber brake lines and in the calipers too.

hit the calipers while bleeding to dislodge any trapped air.
Also, might be air in the clutch slave cylinder.

Where is this car?
I have a Mov-it pressure bleeder.
How about output tests cycling the ABS with VAG-Com?
