You need to assemble a coordinated brake upgrade or kit. You can not acquire each piece separately in a random fashion and hope to have parts that will work together. You can look for proven kits for sale by ECS, Stoptech, O34Motorsports, and Apikol for what has been manufactured and/or assembled in a bolt-on kit. These two pages will give you a little more information on the brakes.

You can assemble your own BBK, and many owners do. Most will be buying parts that are known to fit together, such as the 993tt Big Red calipers, RS2 adapter brackets or 034Motorsport or Apikol brackets with improved fit, and the Audi D2 A8 rotor.

Once you change to the larger rotor you will need some adapter to adjust the caliper to changed axial and radial position required. It must move out radially because the rotor has a larger diameter but the new rotor will not necessarily have the same offset and will require the caliper to be adjusted radially as well. The calipers probably do not mount in the same manner as the original G60 caliper and bracket. If you are an accomplished machinist and fabricator, you could make your own adapter brackets to match up the caliper and rotor of your choice, but there are already several choices out there where that work has already been done and a proven solution offered at very reasonable prices.

Much of this information is in the links I provided for what combinations have been found to work well. You need to consider replacement cost and availability of the wear items as well as the initial cost when assembling your brake parts.
