Bosch 13957 Oxygen Sensor Report
Howdy,
My '95 S6 had a stumble/hesitation when transitioning from neutral throttle to moderate/hard throttle. The stumble/hesitation cleared up when above 4K RPM or so. The previous owners records didn't show that the O2 sensor had been replaced so I guess it was original, with 98K miles on it.
I bought a 13957 O2 sensor (3 wire, 2 plug) on eBay from "alsyrian" on eBay for $50 or so. The new sensor works fine for me and completely cleared up my stumbling issue. The O2 sensor doesn't have "Made in Germany" or "Made in" anywhere stamped on it; but, at least to my eyes, it looks the same as the one that I pulled. Just thought I would pass this along in case anyone needs an 02 sensor.
No affiliation with the eBay seller. I vaguely remember an earlier thread about these eBay sensors that was understandably skeptical. Just wanted to post that it worked for me.
