a/c controller not working..(details inside)

The controler is not trigger the relay under the hood..but i check the relay and it works fine. i also check the connectors from the car to the relay and found that the compresser would kick on when i give 12v to the compresser side of the relay so that works...so i need some ideas thanks

Are you sure you have enough refrigerant in the system? If pressure is too low, the compressor won't even start. If you want to rule this out, you can disconnect the low pressure switch connector(under the plenum tray, near the evaporator) and short the switch by inserting a wire or a paper clip in the connector. Don't do that for long though, it would be bad for your compressor. If your compressor kicks in with the switch bypassed, then you have either a bad switch or low pressure in the system.
