Well, I had the lower boot that goes into my intercooler, rip so I was loosing all the boost, car ran like $hit for 3 days, ordered the Samco hose from ECS, and I must say it's worth the $$. Drove the car around my area fellt superb 1 2 gear nail it full boost the car was running fantastic. I decide to take it on the highway, and all of a sudden 3-4-5 gears when I full throttle it, the car would shake. I got off the highway, to get a quick car wash, went after 30 mins and same thing again, but only in 3-4-5 gear it would do that. 1-2 gear it would be no problem?. Only thing I noticed, is that when I wa sin forth gear i full throttled it at 3,000 RPM and started shaking so I took it nice and easy to 4500RPM and then floored it, and the car did not shake at all. What could this be, feels like there is not enough Fuel. The one thing I did notice before shutting the car off is the Fuel Pump, it kinda sounded noisy, not bad but I could hear it? Any clues to what I can check?
thanks

even if it isnt your current problem.. you can hear it. worth the stranded insurance. ..& get ready for a patient good time.
if thats not it,, im not sure, even if something couldve gotten in there when your hose blew, it wouldnt get far, and would be more apparent under all throttle i would think, but maybe worth a check.

Try changing your plugs especially if you have more than 30K on them.
I spent a year trying to fix my "shake" on even new plugs - changed them a year later and the problem was solved.
... can't guarantee it will work
