Climate Controls Flaps
The heat in my car is anything but impressive. I have a bunch of CC codes 8.7,11.3,11.4,11.5,11.6,15.1, which seem to me to be faulty climate control flap motors. I want to just replace all three, are they all the same part #? I just need to order 3 of the same correct?

They are all different part #'s....
and range from ~$105 to ~$170 each depending on which internet parts seller you use. Part numbers are:
4A0 820 511 Central Flap
4A0 820 511A Temp Flap
4A0 820 511B Defrost Flap
This is from memory. I know the part numbers are correct, but I might have the central and defrost swapped.

You have to decide what the code means. Are the odds that all three failed at once?
Or could there be some other issue? Sure, they could all be bad, but could there be something else that is causing the head unit to throw the codes?

They didnt all fail at once, its been throwing the same codes for sometime
I just havent noticed that the heater sucked since its just getting real cold around here.
Im going to replace the temp regulator one first in the engine compartment since it should solve my low heat problem hopefully. As far as the other two, I have about 4 fault codes for the central flap motor so it has to be bad, and I want to replace the other motor too while I have access.
