We are all busy and it can be hard to find time to do simple tasks. We all forget things. But it has been several months with several promises to ship.

Please ship this thing.

Tom, if you need another cluster, I will be hoping to swap a Canadian cluster into my car soon. If you cover the costs of getting that cluster from Trent W (I'll cover shipping) I would ship you the cluster in my (parked) car.
