Default Crap!!

Well just failed again on 3/4 tank 100 Octane Race fuel and 2xRXP Fuel Emissions Reducer...

Crap!!!!

However I think I didnt drive the car for long enough after putting in the RXP as it says it can INCREASE emissions in the short-term!

Man I am just a glutten for punishment!!!

This SUCKS!<ul><li><a href="http://www.rxp.com/how.htm">http://www.rxp.com/how.htm</a</li></ul>

Isn't there lead in the 100 octane fuel? That would fail you wouldn't it?

Default Not leaded...think the issue was that I didnt drive for min 30 minutes after puttiing in the RXP

They say that emissions actually INCREASE shortly after putting in the stuff...shiat!

The only experience I have with 100 is aviation fuel, which has lead.

Default unless I'm totally wrong here...

higher octane fuel burns slower than lower octane fuel. so therefore, the race fuel will make a more rich mixture, especially at idle, resulting in higher HC's.
so you should try the test running a lower octane rating like 88 or 85. just stay below 10psi while driving the car to warm up the cat.
