My cruise isn't working properly. When I press the button to set the accelerator it does not set, but I hear a clicking noise from over by the passenger side footwell/glove compartment area. This is what happens 9 times out of 10. Every once in a great while I will push the button and it works like nothing is wrong. The cruise control kicks on and I do not hear a click. It seems random, but it could be that after it warms up it will occasionally work. I haven't paid close enough attention to determine which it is.

Any ideas?

same story here, but not important enough to bother fixing.

my cruise wasn't working and the only problem was the switch on the clutch pedal was backed out. Look under the dash and make sure the push button switch is fully pressed when the pedals aren't pressed.

not to mention the actual circuit is different from the one in Bentley wiring diagrams ... :-/
