Default CV Boot Comprimised

Is it better to replace boot or wait until the joint begins to fail? Its raining but the grease has just begun to ooze out....I was thinking that the grease is NOW contaminated and the entire joint/axle will need replacement. Any place recommended for repairs in atlanta?

A good shop thoroughly cleans the joint. Replace the boot only, if the joint is quiet.
