Default Didn't realize just how bad my tires were until I got a new suspension..

Ever since I had the car, its always felt very floaty on the freeway and rolled a lot at slow speeds. I thought that the new springs and shocks would take care of this and they did but not as much as I was hoping for. The tires that the PO mounted were Yoko's YK420. There's plenty of tread left but I have come to realize that these are the worst tires evar. Car is still floaty on the freeway. When I move the wheels side to side quickly on the freeway, it feels like the car is moving from side to side on the soft tires. Sidewalls are so soft, they are definatly not up to par with the car's ability.

I want/need performance tires to acompany the sport suspension. My question is this; Will I be able to get the stiff sidewalls with 16" wheels or am I better off upgrading to 17" or 18's(I doubt I will get 18's)

I wasn't planning on getting bigger wheels but if it means quicker responce due to less sidewall, then I am up for it.

What kind of tires are you guys running with the stock wheels?

Default those are all seasons man. get some performance tires

v-rated is only speed rating and has nothing to do with grip.
