Since I removed the cyl head to check up for any crack or bent on the cyl head .Seem that the head is fine.the radiator is not clogged up.the brand new thermostat.but the coolant is still boil over after long period of idle or rev the engine till the temp was raising upto 130C. So I remembered that I've never done the air bleeding in the system. So how to do the air bleeding in the system?
Seem that I need to back to check the basically thing again.

On the first re-start I filled the reservoir and let it drain into the radiator. I let the car run while I re-filled the cooling system until it reached the proper level and it's been perfect since then.
I would try running it with the cap off until warm and you can see if the level changes or if any bubbles come out.
