He has working concert and phatnoise in his 100q.
He's gonna wire this up in my 20v 90q soon.

I may end up puting one in the urs4 at some point too.

The sequence of events [teenchat]
1.) Notice the dreaded popping during turn-on/turn-off of the Gamma.
2.) STFA for solutions, read of Gamma death and what the symptoms are. The popping is almost universally acknowledged as terminal.
3.) Spend several more months researching adding aftermarket HU to Bose speakers. Conclusion - don't bother. Rip it all out, or put up with *different* popping.
4.) Get completely excited over a Concert I retrofit with UrSCubed leading the way. Go out and wait for 20 different HU and CD changer auctions before securing both.
5.) Get completely bummed that UrSCubed will not be able to do the harness.
6.) Find a drop-in TrafficPro I for dirt-cheap.
7.) Find buyer for Concert I retrofit project pieces. HU and changer sitting in shipping boxes waiting for a buyer.

...looks like it works just fine. There's a write-up in the 100/A6 FAQ on how to do the swap.
This is for Bose stuff, BTW.
I haven't got e-mail back from Dave, so anyone who wants to try this can e-mail me for a shot at a Concert I HU (Bose, w/security code) and matching CD changer.
I need to clean out my stock of parts that aren't needed.
