Finally got my seat thigh extension to work, what a difference!!......
for the last year I've tried to get the drivers seat to extend but no luck. Nothing was causing it, nothing wedged under there that I could see. So earlier this week I'm driving for 4 hours and I say, what the heck. I pulled it and wala.....it extended. I set the cruise, adjusted the seat and it was the most comfortable trip I've EVER taken. Felt like I was in a lazyboy for cryin out loud. At 6' 2" my legs need a little extra support on longer trips. Guess the car wanted to make sure I was worthy before it gave me the full effect. Can't say it enough, I LOVE THIS CAR.

Yeah, it took me a while to get mine to work as well
I don't think the guy who had the car before ever used them. Finally, after a lot of pulling, they finally came out, with crap stuck in the crack I cleaned out. I only wish I could get it to stay in the middle position better.

Mine worked rather too well.. until I cable tied it up
Used to drive me nuts, ever time I got out of the seat it would shoot out..
I had to take the seat out of the car in order to get the cable tie on.
I left the passenger seat alone, it's much stiffer and my lanky git friend likes to extend it..
If you wanted to keep it in a particular position, you could wedge something inbetween the bar and then cable tie it to the frame.
