Default Fog light / HID question

Out of curiousity...
I already have HID ballasts mounted for my driving lights. Could I use those same ballasts to power my fog lamps (assuming, of course, I find the correct HID bulbs for the application)?
I want brighter fog lamps, and really don't feel like mounting a new set of them in the bumper.

Don't think so. HID bulbs require a large amount of current at start up...

Default So I'll need a second set of ballasts?

Hmm. I'm not sure I'm ready to go that route... but I'm sure the light output would be nice.

That's right - one ballast per bulb
