hey guys. i've got a hard start problem. what i just noticed is that the fuel pressure when i crank the car cold will be at zero and then slowly rise up till it reaches optimal pressure and starts. any ideas what this could be? is this a distinctive symptom? thanks.

Mine suffers from the same notorious problem. Usually cranks but won't start the first time, especially when warm. A second turn of the key and it fires up right away. I have a new check valve sitting on the shelf waiting to be installed when I get a moment.

so alongside that the car has to build up pressure, as soon as i shut off the car, within seconds, i lose ALL fuel pressure. I also have less overall pressure while driving too.
