Default Fuel rail leak!

For the past couple of days I thought I noticed a slight fuel smell. So today I opened the hood to investigate and fount a small pinhole on the top center of the fuel rail, and fuel was weeping out. Almost looks like a slight rusted area. Is there anything that might adhere to the spot to seal it up or do you think it best to get a new/used fuel rail? I've searched the forum and haven't come across anyone else with this problem. Perhaps it's the 207K miles. It appears that there are a couple of other small areas on the rail that may eventually become leaks. They appear as small 1-2mm darkened areas on top of the fuel rail. Just something to check next time your looking under your hood.
