For those not on AWOT that don't know the term - it's REALLY bad.

280 miles until the gas light went on with this tank. No codes... car runs fine.

I do think I have a fuel leak though. After I shut the car off, and sometimes when it has been off for a while it smells like gas right around the car. No visible leaks. Where should I begin checking? I already looked around the fuel filter... I'm beginning to think it's near the rear of the car.

Already replaced the 02 sensor. Anything else that might be causing poor mileage? Themostat? Plugs?

In the winter they have monkeys poop in the gas. It keeps it from freezing, supposedly.

uhh...maybe i drive like sh*t...but my last fillup yielded 12mpg (80% city driving)

Dunno what to say man... could be the cold, your IAT, O2, clogged air filter, leaking injectors, bad MAF, yadda yadda...

I had a new ox sensor laying around, so a few weeks ago when I had the time, I replaced my old one (car has 195K and don't know if/when it was replaced). Wow, my light used to come on around 250-270 miles, last week the light never went on, but at 317mi I thought I would fill it up just in case.
