Going to change all fluids, can i get some help on the tranny/diff capacity?

Default haha thanks for the help!! i didnt want to put the wrong fluids in the wrong holes :(
i better not come back and see a post after doing this about how we are all wrong and stupid and i forgot about the front diff or somthing :P

front diff+center diff+transmission=1 fluid, mt90, 3qts
