Default H&R sports.... 10mm spacer in rear or no?

I'm planning on swapping over my very old EIbachs for a set of H&R's I have. Those with a sedan with H&R sports - do I need to use the ECS rear coil spacers I already bought some time ago or no? I'd rather know now then waste my time putting them in later. Anyone have pics with or without?

Default Same set-up in this pic?

Default Yeah pics below are Eibach...

You can see a considerable difference between your H&R race and the eibach (nearly an inch) but I'm thinking the Sports are somewhere inbetween (hopefully).
