What issue did your friend have? Flange location should be exactly the same as stock.

warped most likely from the construction process but warped none the less

Default All of them are surfaced before they leave here, do you have any pictures, or
actual deflection numbers, how un-flat are we talking?

Default a belt sander corrected it it wasnt major just enough to be like why the hell is this not sitting
