Default Very simple....

Near the top, front and rear, you'll see two exposed screws. Remove.

Now, the insert a butter knife or thin flatblade between the two halves of the grab handle and the bottom will pop off. Remove the two exposed screws and remove the handle.

Now, the door handle will slide backwards (or forwards, hell I forgot), remove it (IT pulls out), remove the metal clip securing the cable, pop the cable off the handle and then remove the hook end of the cable from the handle. Remember the way it goes on. Unplug the switch from the handle and remove the handle. Now, the front black trim piece will slide off too. There is a hidden screw right around the door handle area. It's under the black plastic insulation, and can be hard to find. Once it's removed, the panel will slide up and out.

Default Eh, I could see car stereo shops having a subscription there.

Interesting way to make a buck, I wish I thought of that. =)

I've already provided him the same link. Except it costs money now.
