Hesitation at neutral throttle and very slight deceleration..non at idle, none with any level...
of acceleration. It's not a miss, not a buck. Just feels like the motor is being slightly held back.
I've put in new plugs, checked the boots, they look good. Cleaned and Used dielectric grease on all electrical connections and checked the wires and did a visual check on the intake hoses.
Before I go down the POS / Coil route..what do you guys think about the Throttle Position Sensor being bad rather than the POS / Coils?
Reason I'm leaning this way is that it happens at any speed but only at neutral throttle or light deceleration. Under full or moderate acceleration / boost it's smooth and solid.
Thoughts?

I would expect ignition issues to be worse with load, i.e., on acceleration and high boost. The steady cruising problem sounds like a fuel issue, either fuel pressure regulator or fuel injectors.
