Hi Dave. Hope all is well. I've been at this a long time and finally found the fix to high fuel pressure and all around bad engine performance. We were able to trace the problem to the 02 Sensor signal wire. This is the one concealed in a rubber capsule, and it connects to the ECU. Turns out the signal wire was shorted and had to be replaced. A new signal wire is now in place and the engine is running perfectly without any fault code.

You're talking about the single female spade connector (the two pin with the white wires is the O2 sensor heater):

Glad to hear your surprise heart surgery went well! Also happy that all codes are clear. Yes, it was the single female spade connector.
