Default How difficult is it to replace the exhaust clamps?

The two clamps between the cat and the exhaust? My clamps look like they are ready to fall off. One has a clamp already missing from the sleeve. Do I need to drop the exhaust to slide/bang these on?

Default Shouldn't have to drop exhaust, but I have had to use torch to cut the bolts that hold them...

because of excessive rust.

2nd that. Die grinder with a cutting wheel works well, too. Just watch the kickback.
