How do you remove the exterior fender trim?

How do you remove the exterior fender trim?
Gentz,
anyone know how to remove the exterior trim on the front fenders
and rear quarter panels?
And to clarify, I mean remove it without damaging it!

For the front, you can access the nut on the back thru the wheel well...
Just pull back the plastic fender liner...
The back one just slides off by pushing it towards the front of the car. (With rear door open)

It's "accessible" but not easy by any means! I had to replace the small trim and
I had a hell of a time getting the plastic nut removed. Who engineered that design? Should have just made it like the back fender trim, a sliding locking mechanism.
