Default get the piston retracting tool from Autozone?

Maybe I don't understand the question though. Are you asking how to restract the piston?

Default I use a C clamp too, but...

You also need the tool to twist the piston back in. Brute force alone will not do it. I usually try to push the piston back in using just the tool and pushing by hand, If this doesn't work, I put the tool between the c - clamp and the piston, then I turn the tool with pliers as I gradually tighten the clamp. I know some guys just turn the piston with pliers, but this method scores up the piston and can damage the boot.

needs some twisting on the rears.

Default I just want to swap pads...

thought there was a way of keeping the piston from comming out, or is it just going to happen and I have to get it back in ???
