How to trick/jump the Fuel Pump Relay...

dont have the wiring diagrams handy, but
terminal BS (no, I'm not kidding) comes to mind.
Its one of the only wires running between the fuel pump relay and the ECU. Ground that wire.
Alternately, pull the fuel pump relay and take a large gauge piece of wire with two male spade terminals on it and jump it across the two large(wide) terminals in the fusebox where the relay went.
