I have been hearing RS2 Turbo and RS2 Comp Turbo. Are these the same?

The RS2 is a 2.6" diameter compressor wheel, the RS2 Comp is a 2.7" diameter compressor wheel.
The compressor housing throat diameter is the same on both.
No differences in the center or hotside.
