Only because he's older and doesn't want to learn anything besides the AW pictureposter...

With tons of free photo hosting out there, no reason to post pics and not have them available a couple weeks later...

needs a non-black valve cover you mean?

in which case I'd agree. The carbon coil cover came after I powdercoated the valve cover black. I'm thinking maybe silver would look nice with the carbon cover.

I was thinking glossy black...

But silver/polished would look really good.

Where did you get the CF cover? Is it a mold or an overlay?

well, that pic is pretty crappy

in direct sunlight and the engine bay is somewhat dirty. here is the look right after coating/installation:

it is a gloss black.

The carbon cover was made by a guy from Hungary (goes by aronmatic on s2forum). Best bet is to PM him over there, he may still have a few for sale.

looks like it was made by using the stock metal piece as a mold, basically an overlay but I use it by itself, no metal underneath.
