Default I stfa'd, replacing passenger's window switch

Need a nice dumbed down version of how to replaced the passenger's side window switch.

1. Pop off cover at front of armrest by inserting a small flat blade screwdriver into the hole at the bottom
2. Unscrew front of armrest (Phillips screws) and remove it
3. Loosen trim piece holding switch and disconnect switch
4. Take the trim piece with the switch inside your home, and pry on it and curse at it for a while until the switch finally comes out
5. Put the new switch in and put everything back together

I think the driver's side is a bit more complicated.
