Default Intalling Sport Steering Wheel in an UrS4

I am searching for an active hot link or copy of Steve Young's pdf "Instructions to install a 3-spoke (Airbag) Sport Steering Wheel in an UrS4". The four notch solution sounds to be the best adaptive procedure.
Both the FAQ and S-Cars.org links appear to be inactive. Found a good price on a wheel and want to determine how many four-letter words this project will require.

Default UrS6 steering wheel to UrS4 conversion DIY pdf

The link to another source of the pdf is below.

This is for converting a UrS4/early UrS6 four spoke airbag steering wheel to a later UrS6 three spoke sport style air bag steering wheel. It is NOT necessary for the later style C4 A6 four spoke steering wheel - that should be plug and play.

There are three methods to convert the UrS6 clockspring to make it cancel the UrS4 signal lights. I have used Method 1. I developed Method 2 and did a conversion with that. I then developed Method 3 but ran out of steering wheels to convert so Steve Y. an American UrS enthusiast completed Method 3 and wrote up the DIY. He did a bit more work than absolutely necessary but it certainly works if you complete the conversion as described.
