Default Interesting Boost Issue, yeah I STFA'ed!!!

Well, I have limited the /S to short trips around the house due to the 2113 CEL for the CPS sensor. Which I hope to fix soon. However, I am experencing two seemingly independent boost issues, first, I get SERIOUS hesitation between shifts, worst in the first to second shift, to the point where I need to get off the throttle and get back on to build any boost. I intially diagnosed as being a bad BPV, so I installed a new Forge with the side of the pistion facing the boost and the blue spring. No dice, the problem remained unchanged. I am also experincing boost cut at about 5k rpm and ~26 psi boost. I backed out the WG spring all the way, no threads showing and this didn't help anything. Does anyone have any insight to any of these issues? I'm currently leaning towards the WGFV, any thoughts on that? Sorry for the novel of a post....See my car setup below.

Default I doubt the WGFV is your problem.

I'd change that coolant sensor first, and check for boost leaks.

I'll give that a shot, a boost leak is possible even if you see ~26 psi?
